SignalFox is operated by Jorge Davalos ("SignalFox," "we," "us," or "our"). Payments for SignalFox are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider.
By purchasing a SignalFox subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription-Based Digital Product
SignalFox is a subscription-based digital software product that provides AI visibility audits, brand reports, competitor analysis, source intelligence, technical signal analysis, recommendations, dashboards, and related digital services.
Because SignalFox provides immediate access to digital reports, software features, analysis, and usage-based services, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or approved under this policy.
2. Free Plan and Trial
Where available, SignalFox may offer a free plan, free audit, sample report, or trial period.
We encourage users to review the free or trial experience before purchasing a paid subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation options provided by Paddle, through your account settings if available, or by contacting support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and you may continue to access paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged because of a technical billing error.
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation.
- You were unable to access the paid product due to a verified technical issue caused by SignalFox.
- Duplicate billing occurred.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Paddle determines that a refund is appropriate under its buyer terms or refund procedures.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Unless required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the product after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction based on expected business, SEO, GEO, AEO, AI search, or revenue outcomes.
- Claims that AI systems, search engines, or third-party platforms did not mention or recommend your brand.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
- Requests made after substantial use of the product or reports.
- Abuse of free trials, discounts, promotions, or refund requests.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
6. AI Visibility Results Are Not Guaranteed
SignalFox provides visibility analysis, recommendations, and intelligence based on available public signals and automated interpretation.
We do not guarantee that your brand will appear in AI-generated answers, improve visibility scores, rank higher in search engines, receive more traffic, generate more customers, or achieve any specific business result.
Refunds will not be granted solely because a customer expected different AI visibility, ranking, citation, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

You may also request support through Paddle using the buyer support options available in your Paddle receipt, invoice, confirmation email, or buyer portal.
Please include:
- Your account email
- Date of purchase
- Paddle transaction or invoice reference if available
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or error details
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
Refund timing may depend on Paddle, your payment method, your bank, and applicable payment network rules.
If a refund is issued, your access to the refunded SignalFox plan, report, or paid feature may be revoked.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Where applicable law provides a non-waivable right to cancel, withdraw, or receive a refund, those rights will apply.
